How Avenor Works Ltd handles information, and what this website does and does not collect.
Last updated
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, and stores nothing about your visit. There is no account to create and no form that transmits data to us.
The enquiry form on the contact page validates what you have written and then hands it to your own email client. The message is composed on your device and sent by you, through your own email provider. It does not pass through this website.
If you email or telephone us, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, the organisation you represent, and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and, if an engagement follows, to run it.
We do not add enquirers to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share contact details with anyone.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for seven years after it ends, which is the period our professional and tax obligations require.
Our email and document systems are hosted within the United Kingdom and the European Union. Access is limited to the people at the studio who need it for the work in hand.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond within one calendar month.
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not maintain an archive of earlier versions, because there has only ever been one.
A first conversation is an hour, costs nothing, and usually ends with a straight answer about whether we are the right studio for the problem.
