A first conversation is an hour and costs nothing. It usually ends with a straight answer about whether we are the right studio for the problem — including when the answer is no.
The problem as you currently understand it, even if the understanding is contested internally.
What has already been tried, and what happened.
Who inside the organisation would need to agree before anything changes.
Any deadline that is real, and any that is not.
Usually from the partner who would lead the work, not from an inbox nobody owns.
We ask about the problem rather than presenting the studio. If it is not a fit, we say so and suggest who might be better placed.
Scope, shape, cost and the risks we can see, written so the people who approve it can read it.
